I started making fabric bowls and boxes for fun and to learned how to do something new. As I made more boxes and bowls more possibilities kept popping into my head. These boxes and bowls are a chance for me to combine beautiful fabrics, to stitch with gorgeous threads, and to shape a box or bowl to fit whatever mood I am in on a given day! The reversibility of the bowls- the sheer delight of popping them back and forth to show off both sides. The boxes or bowls can be either filled or given as gifts. My customers use them for storage, craft projects, fruit, gifts and/or holiday gift baskets. They can also be displayed on the wall, secured with a pushpin.
